Returns
- We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty,
damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products.
- Products marked as non-returnable at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
