Terms of service

This agreement describes the terms and conditions under which Beauty Choice UK offers you access to its Direct Dispatch service, tools and systems. Upon using this site you agree and accept the terms of this agreement as well as the main T&Cs.

Beauty Choice UK Direct Dispatch Process

Orders and Shipment

  • Following a Customer's product order placement at the customers retail source, the client shall upload such order details via the website.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall be responsible for the shipment of the Order and the client shall reimburse Beauty Choice UK for the product and shipping expenses. The risk for loss of products during shipment shall lie with Beauty Choice UK.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall make sure that the order will be shipped within 72 hours as from the time the client placed the order.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall inform the client of any problems that could reasonably be expected which can prevent Beauty Choice UK from providing deliveries of Products within the defined timetable.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall inform the Client if for any reason it cannot supply the Order; the client may decide whether to cancel the entire order, or to cancel part of the order provided that such part of the order had not been yet sent.
  • Beauty Choice UK will not use any customer's details for any purpose other than fulfilment of their order.

Payment

  • Following the Effective Date, the Client shall make a payment on Beauty Choice UK account. Orders are required to be fully paid before the orders are shipped, unless previously agreed with Beauty Choice UK.
  • The responsibility of ensuring the orders are fully paid shall lie solely with the Client. Shall the balance of the Customers account be negative and not previously agreed by Beauty Choice UK; Beauty Choice UK shall not be obliged to proceed with any Order placed by the Client.
  • In the event this agreement shall be terminated prior to the complete usage of the Client's funds, Beauty Choice UK shall return, within 30 days, the remaining deposit amount through a bank transfer to the Client's account.

Returns and damaged Products

Beauty Choice UK hereby undertakes to act according to the "Return Policy" set forth below:

Return of Products

  • The Customers are entitled to return Products for any reason within 28 days from receiving them, provided that the client shall (a) inform Beauty Choice UK' client services and (b) shall ship the Products back through the Client, all in their original packaging and with no harm.
  • In such case, the Client will refund the Customers the amount paid by them directly for the returned Products and Beauty Choice UK will add this amount minus agreed packaging and postage charges to the Client's current deposit, upon receipt of the returned goods in its original packaging and undamaged. The client will be responsible for any return costs.

Undelivered Orders

  • If the customer fails to collect their order from a collection point, or if the customer address is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to Beauty Choice UK.
    In this instance, only the value of product(s) supplied will be refunded MINUS the return postage costs incurred by Beauty Choice UK.

Damaged Products

  • The Client shall notify Beauty Choice UK immediately following to a Customer's complaint regarding a Damaged Product with photographic evidence if possible.
  • All products are 100% original and sourced from the leading European Wholesalers. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in its full original packaging, via the Client, for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the Client all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £3 (5 Euros, 50 DKK, 50 SEK). If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be, the product will be returned to the Client and a charge of £3 will be applied to the account for postage and repackaging.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall be solely in charge of checking the returned Damaged Products. The Client shall be responsible to deliver Beauty Choice UK the Damaged Product in the very same state they received it including all packaging.
  • Beauty Choice UK shall reimburse the Client or replace any item that arrived damaged or in bad condition to the Customer. Any return postage costs up to a maximum of £3 (5 Euros, 50 DKK, 50 SEK). will be refunded.
  • Beauty Choice UK sends all packages via a fully tracked service. The tracking numbers are sent onto the Client after the dispatch of the item(s)
  • Beauty Choice UK, for the avoidance of doubt, will take the confirmed tracking of final delivery to the address stated on the order as 100% correct and final. Any disputes for this will be the responsibility of the Client, although we can offer advice.
  • Beauty Choice UK understands that customers can occasionally change their mind; however customers are to the amount of cancellations without a fee being charged. The charge for this currently is £0.50 + Vat (0.70€, 6,50 SEK, 5,20 DKK) per order.
